Zdenko Ivanušić Quartet features top jazz musicians. The artistic foothold of the quartet are original compositions. The style of the quartet can be characterized as contemporary jazz based on open form improvisation and musical communication by developing thematic material. Within those structural lines, the boundaries of rhythmic and harmonic parameters are transfigured which results in a unique musical expression.
